Boris Kofman
CO-FOUNDER
Boris Kofman is an accomplished entrepreneur with a strong track record in real estate and F&B Hospitality. He began his career in London in 2007, founding Kofman-Partners, a real estate advisory firm specializing in residential, commercial, and F&B sectors. Through this platform, he has advised on and secured prime locations for some of the world’s most recognized hospitality brands, including Novikov London, Gaia (London, Monaco, Marbella), Sumosan London, Alba London, Park Chinois London, Krasota Dubai and Sakhalin Dubai to name a few.
Boris is also the co-founder of the internationally acclaimed MNKY HSE (Monkey House) and in 2022, he co-founded BIK Hospitality in the UAE that include brands such as: African Queen Dubai, Cutfish Dubai, SANA Dubai and Chotto Matte Dubai. -
Alexander Kolobov
CO-FOUNDER
Alexander Kolobov is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years in the food and beverage industry. He is the owner of the largest Burger King franchisee in Germany, operating 83 locations as well as the master franchisee in Russia, who led the launch and rapid expansion of Burger King to over 820 outlets.
He also founded Shokoladnitsa, one of the CIS region’s largest café chains with over 420 locations, and developed the popular Vabi Sabi sushi brand. He is also investor behind many well-known high end restaurant brands such as Cutfish, Remy Kitchen Bakery, Pino, Amy, and many more. -

Yann is a recognised international expert in F&B hospitality, He has successfully spearheaded the operations and strategic growth of renowned establishments such as Alain Ducasse, Joël Robuchon, Novikov, Nobu, and MNKY HSE as well as recently overseen the operations of MJS Holding in Saudi Arabia and now BIK Hospitality -

Head of Projects
Ksenia is a well versed expert in project management and coordination of F&B projects with over 10 years experience with a degree in structural engineering.
Supervised construction pre-opening and renovation of high-end Restaurants in Moscow, Turkey and Dubai including: White Rabbit Moscow, Sakhalin Bodrum, IKRA Moscow, Gorynych Moscow, Krasota Dubai, Cutfish Dubai, African Queen Dubai and more.
